We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication that Breanne and Joe provided to us. They tirelessly pressed Allstate to do the right thing and replace our damaged roof. When Allstate refused to cover our roof to stop further leaking, that occurred after 3 months of trying to get them to approve our claim, Joe came out and securely covered it for us. Months of rain and wind, and the tarp stayed secured and helped protect from further indoor damage. They were very communicative and supportive to me while they continued to fight for the claim after my husband left for a deployment. The day of the replacement was smooth, and they came in and completed the job in less than 11 hours. As expected, it creates quite a mess during the process, but they left nothing behind and it looked like nothing had even happened by they time they left! The roof looks great, and was replaced just in time for the next storm! This company was committed to helping us and for that we are extremely grateful. We will always recommend them to all our family and friends with roofing needs!

My neighbor knew Steve and gave him a call for me. He came right out they same day he called him. Showed up hours later jump on the ladder and got on my roof to check to see where I had roof damage to cause a leak in my son bedroom ceiling during our storm on 10.11.23. He found a couple areas and took pics also of those areas. And came back two days in a row to fix those area. Also advise me that my roof needs to be replaced in a year or so. Friendly, very professional, and knows what to look for. I appreciate him for coming out.

Where do I start.i had another company give me an estimate for my roof before I heard of Branden. A good friend of mine had his roof done by him and highly recommended that I call him. Branden and Joe came out to inspect and suggested I call my insurance company to have an adjuster come out. The adjuster came out and denied the claim. So I had planned on going back to the original estimate and have the other company do the work because I already knew what they wanted and what they were going to do. I thanked Joe and Branden for coming out but I had decided to go with first bid. Later received an email from Joe explaining what Elevated Roofing would do and gave me their estimate. It was significantly lower than company 1. So I called the first company and asked them a question. What were they going to do for me that Elevated wasn't for such a difference? They never answered that question. Their response was to offer to match Elevated bid. I'm no math genius but I do know what 2+2 add up to. They had tried to add a 20 per cent Christmas bonus to their paychecks at my expense. After some thought I called Joe and said let's do business. Within a week I had a new roof, some much needed repairs and after two days of heavy rain ,bone dry. Thank you Branden, Joe and Elevated Roofing.

Had previously done a roofing job for my daughter, so we had to give them a chance. Was super happy with how hard they worked to get the roof approved and completed with our insurance. Hello I’ve had problems with my ceiling leak in my kitchen for almost three months. My sister had just had her roof replaced and she gave me the number. I called the office of Elevated Roofing Concepts and I was told someone would call me and schedule an inspection. Later that day I got a call back and a gentleman by the name Christopher came out. I didn’t know the steps to take but he was as very knowledgeable. Christopher showed me my roof damages and I show him the leaks in my house. If anyone have state farm then you know how they don’t like paying for anything. Christopher was able to get State Farm to approve everything. Thanks Christopher your services was truly outstanding.
